Holiday Home Tour 2009 Poster - NickRamos©2009

It's always a challenge to create artwork for an event for several years on a row. How exactly to retain the continuity of the event, but still insert something fresh in order to keep the viewers interest. The theme for this year's Holiday Home Tour is Arts & Crafts Homes and that's what I tried to convey with the design of this poster. É sempre um desafio ter que criar arte para um evento ano após ano, pois você tem que manter a identidade do evento, mas fazer parecer algo novo e diferente. O tema para o passeio natalino de casas históricas  é o movimento de arquitetura conhecido como "Arts & Crafts". Eu tentei mostrar isso com o estilo de ilustração e uso de tipografia no poster.
