Well, somehow it happened. I turned forty. I feel like I should be depressed or something, but it doesn't really bother me. I am young at heart and have been able to keep the gray hairs away. I have had some hair loss, but I am still young at heart.

 I recently started taking a Cake Decorating class at Michael’s. Inspired by cooking shows and those tv competitions, I wanted to see what I am made of. I thought that it would be fun to try to illustrate a cake. Harder than one would think.

I made my own birthday cake, even though it looks more like a cake for a 4 year old than a 40 year old... My alter ego, also ended up looking a little bit fat...Oh Well!

Eu não sei como isso aconteceu, mas eu acabo de completar 40 anos. Para ser sincero, a idade não me incomoda, mas as vezes fico pensando que deveria estar um pouco mais deprê.  Mas acho que tenho uma cabeça jovem e sem muitos fios de cabelo branco.

Estou  fazendo um curso para aprender a decorar bolos... Inspirado pelos shows na televisão, eu decidi colocar a minha mão na massa. Achei que seria interessante ilustrar um bolo e é bem mais difícil do que eu imaginava.

Eu fiz o meu próprio bolo de aniversário, mas acabou parecendo mais um bolo para um menino de 4 anos do que um homem de 40. O meu “alter ego” acabou saindo um pouco gordinho...mas fica assim mesmo.
