These 2 sketches illustrating the word stripping  were rejected for my client's project. They are both fun. The art director really liked the hairy legs, but it wasn't really all that appropriate.

Esses 2 rascunhos são a minha interpretação da palavra "Stripping", mas os dois foram rejeitados pelo cliente. Eu acho que os dois são divertidos. O diretor de arte, realmente gostou das pernas cabeludas, mas no fim não era a solução mais apropriada.

I feel pretty lucky and proud to say that I have some pretty wonderful clients, and magic does happen when you trully listen to them, especially when they are passionate about their product. Citizen Reindeer is a company whose founder is a musician and her line of t-shirts are inpired by her lyrics. So, it was an honor to be asked tobe part of this project. It's amazing how people find you in the wonderful world of the web.When I work on a logo, my original sketches tend to be very loose... as you can see in this original sketch and the final art!

Eu tenho o orgulho de dizer que eu tenho uns clientes maravilhosos, e tem uma mágica que acontece quando você realmente presta atenção ao que eles te dizem e eles realmente acreditam no seu produto. Citizen Reindeer (Cidadão Rena) . Esta é  uma empresa que foi iniciada por uma cantora e as suas camisetas são baseadas mas letras de suas músicas. É uma grande honra fazer parte deste projeto. As vezes me surprendo  como as pessoas te encontram nesta loucura que é a internet. As minhas primeiras apresentações/rascunhos para os clientes tem uma tendência de serem bem soltos... Como se pode ser visto aqui entre a idéia original e a arte final!

Cleaning is never that much fun around the studio. You have to sort through all of this little and not so little pieces of paper, trying to figure out what's worth saving and what should be trashed. So, while I was reorganizing my book shelf, I came across the original sketches for my logo. I am always so amazed how some quick sketches can have so much energy and life. You have come a long way baby!

Limpar o estúdio não é muito divertido. Além de consumir muito tempo, pois eu coleciono um monte de papelzinhos e eu tenho que decidir o que vale a pena guardar e o que eu devo jogar fora. Mas quando eu estava organizando a minha estante, eu encontrei o desenho original em qual o logo da Graphismo foi baseado. Eu sempre me impressiono com a energia e vida que um esboço poder ter.

This is a sketch was originally created for a client, but it did not make it... The description was fairly simple, as I was given a size and that had to be an individual doing something. There's something about her that I just love and thought that she deserved to be spotlighted (15 seconds of fame?) somewhere.

Este rascunho faz parte de uma série de desenhos criado para um cliente, mas infelizemnte foi rejeitado. As instruções erambem simples, apenas me disseram o tamanho da arte final e que tinha que ser uma pessoa fazendo algo. Mas tem algo especial sobre esta senhora e achei que ela merecia os seus 15 segundos de fama.
